We want hiring to be organised, fair and repeatable for companies that have no HR department and no time to build a process from scratch: one place for every application, shared criteria for every candidate and a clear record of every decision.

**Our story**

## **Why we started Fibisoft**

Fibisoft began with a scene we kept seeing: a growing company with an important role to fill, applications scattered across email threads and WhatsApp chats, and a hiring manager trying to remember which candidate said what.

Good candidates were being missed, not for lack of talent but for lack of a system. The tools that existed were built for large companies in other markets and rarely designed with local teams in mind.

So we set out to build something simpler: software that respects how teams here actually work, keeps every hiring decision in human hands, and is set up together with the people who use it.
