Fibisoft sends a verification code to your email. Enter it and choose a new password. This signs you out of all devices. 3. **Review your sessions.** Under **Active sessions**, select **View sessions** to see the devices signed in to your account. Disconnect any you don’t recognise, or select **Disconnect all other sessions**. 4. **Check the Audit Log.** Owners and Admins can go to **Settings**, then **Audit log**, to see who changed what and when. Filter by **Actor**, **Action type** and **Date range**. 5. **Export candidates to CSV.** Go to **Candidates**, apply any filters you need, then select **Export**. Fibisoft downloads a CSV file of the matching candidates. CSV export depends on your plan. 6. **Ask us to delete data.** To have candidate data deleted, contact our support team with what you need deleted, and we will handle it with you. ![Candidates list with the Export button](https://fibisoft.com/images/placeholders/help-data-export-01.svg) ## Tips - Use a password you don’t use anywhere else, and never share your account.
