Every move is logged. ## Steps 1. **Open the Workflow step.** Open the job (called a *campaign* in Fibisoft), select **Edit campaign**, then go to **Workflow**. Every job starts with an **Applications** stage, where all new candidates arrive. 2. **Add a stage.** Select **Add stage**. Enter a **Stage Name**, an optional description and a **Category**: Intake, Screening, Assessment, Interview, Decision, Offer or Other. 3. **Repeat for each step of your process.** A job needs at least a Screening, an Interview and an Offer stage before it can be published. 4. **Review a candidate.** Open the job and go to its **Candidates** tab.
