# **Hiring team and stage reviewers**

Choose which teammates review each stage of a job, so every candidate is assessed by the right people.

## Steps

1. **Make sure your team is invited.** Reviewers must be members of your organisation with a role that can submit evaluations: Interviewer, Recruiter, Admin or Owner.
2. **Open Collaboration.** Open the job (called a *campaign* in Fibisoft), select **Edit campaign** and go to **Collaboration**.
3. **Assign reviewers to each stage.** For each stage, select the teammates who should review candidates at that stage.
4. **Save.** Select **Save reviewer assignments**. Fibisoft confirms with “Reviewer assignments saved.”
5. **Reviewers do their part.** When a candidate reaches their stage, reviewers open the application and complete the stage’s scorecards.

## Tips

- Assign at least two reviewers to important stages. Two independent opinions reduce bias.
- Guests can’t be reviewers, because they can’t submit evaluations. Change their role first if they need to review.
- Only Owners, Admins and Recruiters can change reviewer assignments.
- The job’s **Activity** tab shows every evaluation as it is submitted.
