You see **Team members** and any pending invitations. 2. **Start an invitation.** Select **Invite member**. 3. **Enter the email address and role.** Type your colleague’s work email and choose a role: Admin, Recruiter, Interviewer or Guest. 4. **Send it.** Select **Send invitation**. Fibisoft emails the invitation, and the dialog also shows the invitation link if you want to share it yourself. 5. **Your colleague accepts.** They open the email, select **Accept invitation** and sign in. Pending invitations show **Invited** with their expiry date until they are accepted. 6. **Change a role or remove someone.** Select a member to open **Manage team member**, then choose **Save role** or **Remove member**. ![The Team tab with members, roles and the Invite member button](https://fibisoft.com/images/placeholders/help-team-invite-01.svg) {width="960" height="640" loading="lazy"} ## Tips - You can’t invite someone directly as Owner. Invite them with another role, then change it from **Manage team member** if needed. - Invitations expire. If one has expired, send a new one. - Choose the smallest role that lets each person do their part.
