The role decides what they can see and change in your workspace. ## Steps 1. **Review the five roles.** - **Owner**: full control of the organisation, including its settings, team, billing and the Audit Log. - **Admin**: manages the organisation profile, career site, team, billing and the Audit Log, and runs jobs like a Recruiter. - **Recruiter**: creates and edits jobs (called *campaigns* in Fibisoft), moves candidates between stages, assigns stage reviewers and submits evaluations. - **Interviewer**: views jobs and applications and submits evaluations on scorecards. - **Guest**: views jobs and applications without changing anything. 2. **Pick a role for each person.** Go to **Settings**, then **Team**, and select a member to open **Manage team member**. 3. **Save the change.** Choose the new role and select **Save role**. The change applies straight away and is recorded in the Audit Log. ![Manage team member dialog with the role selector](https://fibisoft.com/images/placeholders/help-roles-01.svg) ## Tips - Only people who can move candidates (Owners, Admins and Recruiters) receive new-application emails. - To review a stage, a member needs a role that can submit evaluations: Interviewer or above. - Keep the number of Owners and Admins small.
