**Getting started**

# **Setting up your workspace**

Our team creates your organisation and its first Owner. Sign in, complete your organisation profile and get ready to invite your team.

## Steps

1. **Wait for your welcome email.** After your demo, the Fibisoft team creates your organisation and makes you its first Owner. You receive a “Welcome to Fibisoft” email when your workspace is ready.
2. **Sign in.** If we gave you a temporary password, Fibisoft asks you to choose your own on the **Choose your password** screen before you continue.
3. **Open Settings.** In the sidebar, select **Settings**, then stay on the **Organization** tab.
4. **Fill in Basic information.** Check the **Organization name**, upload your **Company logo**, and add your **Website**, **Country** and **Timezone**. The timezone matters: scheduled jobs are published at midnight in your organisation’s timezone.
5. **Write your Public profile.** Add a short description and a detailed description of your company. Candidates see them on your career site.
6. **Save.** Select **Save changes**.

## Tips

- If you belong to more than one organisation, Fibisoft asks you to choose one after you sign in.
- Your logo and descriptions also appear on your career site, so finish this step before you brand it.
- Only Owners and Admins can change the organisation profile.
- The **Dashboard** shows what needs your attention once your first job (called a *campaign* in Fibisoft) is live.
