Team members who can move applications get an email when a new application arrives, with a link straight to it. Each member can turn these emails off.

Candidates who apply on your career site get an “application received” email straight away. When you reject an application, you can send a rejection email in the same step.

**What roles are available? **
Five: Owner, Admin, Recruiter, Interviewer and Guest. You choose a role for each person you invite.
**Do candidates get an email when they apply? **
Yes. Candidates who apply on your career site get an automatic “application received” email.
**Is the rejection email sent automatically? **
Only when you choose. When you reject an application, you decide whether to notify the candidate by email.
**Can team members stop the new-application emails? **
Yes. Each member can turn them off in their own notification settings.
