**Does Match Score decide for us? **

**What does Match Score not check? **

**Can each stage use a different scorecard? **
Yes. A scorecard is attached to a stage, so a first screen and a final interview can use different criteria.
**Is there a record of stage moves? **
Yes. Every move between stages is logged, and the Audit Log shows who did what and when.
