## **How we protect your hiring data**

### **Access through five roles**

Each member of your team has one role, and the role decides what they can see and change.

- Owner: full control of the organisation, its team and its billing.
- Admin: manages the settings, the team, billing and jobs.
- Recruiter: runs jobs and moves candidates between stages.
- Interviewer: reviews applications and submits evaluations.
- Guest: views jobs and applications, and nothing more.

### **Audit Log**

The Audit Log records who changed what and when, across your organisation, its team and its jobs. Owners and Admins can filter it by person, action and date. If our support team ever acts in your workspace, that is recorded too.

### **You own your data**

The candidates, applications and evaluations in your workspace belong to your organisation. We store and process them only to run Fibisoft for you.

### **Isolated per organisation**

Each organisation’s candidates are kept separate. They are never shared with, or shown to, any other organisation that uses Fibisoft.

### **CSV export**

Export your candidate list to a CSV file from the Candidates page, with the filters you choose. CSV export depends on your plan.

### **Deletion on request**

To have candidate data deleted, contact our support team with what you need deleted. We handle each request with you.

### **Protected accounts**

Everyone signs in with their own account, so there is never a reason to share a login.

- Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in readable form.
- Each person can see their active sessions and disconnect any device.
- Resetting a password signs the account out of every device.

### **Hosting**

Fibisoft is a hosted web application: there is nothing to install, and your team works from a browser. Ask us during your demo and we will share the current hosting details.

## **Match Score explains. People decide.**

Match Score ranks applicants against transparent rules that your team writes for each job. It helps you review faster. It never makes the decision.

**Ranking assists. Your team decides.**

- Rules you can read: skill keywords, accepted locations and expected answers, each with a weight you set.
- Evidence for every check, quoted from the CV or taken from the application form.
- It never moves or rejects a candidate. Every decision is made by a person on your team.
- Experience and education are not scored automatically. Reviewers judge them from the CV.
