Acceptable Use Policy
The rules every organisation and user agrees to follow when using Fibisoft Recruit and the Fibisoft website.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every organisation that uses Fibisoft Recruit, to its users, and to visitors of the Fibisoft website and of the career sites powered by Fibisoft. It forms part of our Terms of Service. The Service is operated by SAHELIER STUDIO SARL.
Fibisoft exists to help teams hire fairly. These rules protect candidates, our customers and the Service.
1. Fair and lawful hiring
You must not use Fibisoft to:
- discriminate unlawfully against candidates, for example on the basis of sex, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, marital status, pregnancy, political opinion or union membership, including through job descriptions, application questions or Match Score criteria;
- publish job offers that are false, misleading or do not correspond to a real position;
- ask candidates to pay a fee to apply or to be considered for a job;
- collect candidate information that you do not need for the role, or that you are not allowed to collect, such as sensitive data without a legal basis;
- use candidate data for any purpose other than recruitment, such as marketing or resale.
You remain responsible for complying with employment law and with Law No. 2024/017 of 23 December 2024 on personal data protection in Cameroon when you collect and use candidate data.
Match Score and scorecards help your team compare applications. Do not reject a candidate on the basis of an automated ranking alone: a person on your team must review the application.
2. Communication with candidates
You must not use Fibisoft to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, chain messages or any content unrelated to a candidate's application.
3. Security and integrity of the Service
You must not:
- upload viruses, malware or any file designed to harm or gain access to systems;
- try to access accounts, data or parts of the Service you are not authorised to access, or to bypass roles, permissions or plan limits;
- test, scan or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- overload, disrupt or attack the Service, for example with excessive automated requests;
- copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.
If you find a security issue, please report it to [email protected] and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.
4. Scraping and automated access
You must not scrape, crawl or extract data from the Service, from our website or from career sites powered by Fibisoft by automated means, or use data obtained in this way, without our written permission.
5. Accounts and access
You must not share sign-in details between people, create accounts for people who are not part of your organisation without our agreement, or resell or make the Service available to third parties unless your agreement with us allows it.
6. Content
You must not upload or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing or obscene, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
7. Reporting and enforcement
To report a breach of this policy, including a suspicious job offer on a career site, email [email protected].
If we believe this policy has been breached, we may remove the content concerned, suspend the users or accounts involved, or terminate the agreement as set out in our Terms of Service. Where possible, we will contact the organisation concerned first and explain why.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
