Collaborate

Bring the whole hiring team into one process.

Invite colleagues, give each one the right role and make it clear who reviews which stage. Candidates hear from you without anyone writing the same email twice.

The problem

Hiring is a team job, but the work lands on one person.

  • Chasing feedback

Managers give their opinion by phone or in the corridor, and it never reaches the candidate’s file.

  • Unclear responsibility

Nobody is sure who should review which candidates, so some wait for weeks.

  • Candidates left in silence

Applicants never hear back, and your company looks careless.

What Collaborate gives you

Your hiring team, with the right access

Invite members by email and give each one a role: Owner, Admin, Recruiter, Interviewer or Guest. Each person works within what their role allows.

Reviewers assigned to each stage

Choose who reviews each stage of a job. Reviewers know where they are needed, and their scorecards stay with the candidate.

Pipeline stages with their assigned reviewers

An email for every new application

Team members who can move applications get an email when a new application arrives, with a link straight to it. Each member can turn these emails off.

Automatic candidate emails

Candidates who apply on your career site get an “application received” email straight away. When you reject an application, you can send a rejection email in the same step.

  • Emails carry your organisation’s branding
  • Sent in the language the candidate applied in

How it works

How your team works together

  1. Invite your team

Add colleagues by email and choose their role.

  2. Assign reviewers

Pick who reviews each stage of the job.

  3. Get notified

The team receives an email when a new application arrives.

  4. Review and score

Reviewers fill in the stage scorecard with a score and a comment.

  5. Keep candidates informed

Candidates get an automatic confirmation and, when you choose, a rejection email.
