What is Fibisoft Recruit?

Fibisoft Recruit is recruitment software for growing teams in Cameroon. It brings your career site, your jobs, your applicants and your team’s evaluations into one shared workspace: a branded career site, a pipeline with your own stages for every job, Match Score ranking, weighted scorecards and a private Talent Pool.

Who is Fibisoft built for?

Growing organisations in Cameroon that hire regularly and want one structured place for every applicant: startups, small businesses, mid-size companies and teams that receive many applications for each role.

What can I customise on my career site?

You choose one of four themes (Classic, Modern, Soft or Bold), a heading font and a body font, your primary colour and the text colour that sits on it. Your logo and your company description come from your organisation settings.

You can preview the changes on desktop and mobile before you publish them. Your career site is served on a Fibisoft web address.

Can I control who sees a job and when?

Yes. Each job is either public, listed on your career site, or unlisted, reachable only through its direct link. You can publish it immediately or schedule it for a later date, and either set an application deadline or keep it open until you close it.

Can I add my own questions to the application form?

Yes. Every form includes the candidate’s full name, email address, phone number and CV, plus an optional cover letter. You can add your own fields on top: text, email, link, file or yes/no questions. Answers to your questions can also be used as Match Score criteria.

Can we use our own hiring stages?

Yes. Each job has its own workflow. You add stages with a name, an optional description and a category such as Screening, Interview or Offer. Every time a candidate moves from one stage to another, the move is logged.

What is Match Score?

Match Score ranks applicants against rules you set for each job: skill keywords, the locations you accept and the answers you expect to your application questions. Each rule has a weight, and you can mark a rule as required.

For every application, Fibisoft shows a score from 0 to 100, a fit label and the quoted evidence from the CV behind each check. Ranking assists. Your team decides.

Does Match Score reject candidates automatically?

No. Match Score never moves or rejects anyone. It sorts applicants and explains each result, and a person on your team makes every decision. Experience and education are not scored automatically: reviewers check them on the CV. Ranking assists. Your team decides.

How do scorecards work?

You attach scorecards to a stage of a job. Each reviewer gives one score and a comment on each scorecard, so every candidate at that stage is assessed on the same criteria. Scorecards are weighted, and you can mark one as required so nobody skips it.

Which roles can I give my team?

There are five roles: Owner, Admin, Recruiter, Interviewer and Guest. Owners and Admins manage the organisation, its team and its billing. Recruiters run jobs and move candidates. Interviewers review applications and submit evaluations. Guests can view jobs and applications.

Does Fibisoft send emails to candidates?

Yes, two kinds. Every candidate automatically receives an email confirming their application, in your organisation’s branding. When a recruiter rejects a candidate, they can choose to send a rejection email too.

What is the Talent Pool?

The Talent Pool is your organisation’s private candidate database. Every applicant, across all your jobs, has one profile with their application history. You can search it by text and filter by job, stage, source and application date.

What does the Audit Log record?

The Audit Log records changes to your organisation, its team and its jobs: who made the change, what changed and when. Owners and Admins can filter it by person, type of action and date. Each job also has its own Activity view for applications, stage moves and evaluations.

Is Fibisoft available in French?

Yes. The Fibisoft app is available in English and French, and each person can choose their language. Candidate emails are sent in the language the candidate used to apply.

Is there an API or integrations?

Not yet. We are working on an API and integrations so you can connect Fibisoft to the tools you already use. Leave your email on the Developers page and we will let you know when they are ready.

Pricing & billing

How much does Fibisoft cost?

It depends on the plan that fits your team. The pricing page shows the plans and what each one includes, and we confirm the right plan with you during your demo, based on the size of your team and how much you hire.

How do the plans differ?

Plans differ in how many team members and active jobs you can have, how much candidate storage you get, and a few features such as CSV export and priority support. The pricing page has the full comparison.

Can I sign up and pay online?

No. There is no self-serve signup. You book a demo, we agree on the plan that fits, and then our team sets up your workspace and invites your first Owner.

Which currency are invoices in?

Invoices are issued in XAF (FCFA), every month.

How do we pay?

In Cameroon, you pay by mobile money through pawaPay, our payment provider. We’ll confirm the payment options that suit you during your demo.

Is billing monthly or yearly?

Monthly. Each month, Fibisoft issues an invoice for your plan, and you pay it from the Billing page in the app.

Who on our team can see billing and pay invoices?

Owners and Admins. On the Billing page they can see the current plan, keep the billing profile up to date, pay invoices and download each invoice as a PDF.

Can we change plan later?

Yes. Contact us and we will prepare the change with you. A plan change takes effect once it is paid or at your next renewal.

What happens if an invoice is not paid on time?

We email you before each renewal and if a payment fails. Your workspace stays available during a grace period. If the invoice is still unpaid after that, access to your workspace ends. Contact us if you need help settling an invoice.

We are based outside Cameroon. Can we use Fibisoft?

Fibisoft is built for hiring in Cameroon, and our invoicing is set up for organisations based there. If you are elsewhere in Central or West Africa, tell us during your demo and we will tell you what is possible.

Data & privacy

Who owns our candidate data?

You do. The candidates, applications and evaluations in your workspace belong to your organisation. Fibisoft stores and processes them so that your team can run its hiring.

Can other organisations see our candidates?

No. Each organisation’s Talent Pool is private. Your candidates are never shared with other organisations that use Fibisoft, and theirs are never shown to you.

Who on our team can see candidate data?

Everyone you invite can view your jobs and applications. What they can change depends on their role: Guests can only view, Interviewers can also submit evaluations, and Recruiters, Admins and Owners can also edit jobs and move candidates.

Can we export our data?

Yes, depending on your plan. From the Candidates page, you can export your candidate list to a CSV file, with the filters you have applied.

Can candidate data be deleted?

Yes, on request. Contact our support team with what you need deleted, and we will handle it with you.

How do we know who did what in our workspace?

The Audit Log shows who changed what and when, across your organisation, its team and its jobs. If our support team ever acts in your workspace, the Audit Log shows that too, labelled “Fibisoft support”.

Is Match Score a black box?

No. Match Score follows rules that you write, and every result shows the evidence behind each check, quoted from the CV or taken from the application form. It never moves or rejects a candidate. Ranking assists. Your team decides.

Where is our data hosted?

Fibisoft is a hosted web application, so there is nothing to install. Ask us during your demo and we will share the current hosting details with you.

How are our accounts protected?

Each person signs in with their own account, and passwords are never stored in readable form. From their profile, each person can see their active sessions and disconnect the ones they don’t recognise. Resetting a password signs that account out of every device.

Onboarding

How do we get started?

Book a demo. We walk you through Fibisoft with your own hiring in mind and agree on the plan that fits. Our team then sets up your workspace and invites your first Owner, who can invite the rest of your team.

Who creates our workspace?

We do. The Fibisoft team creates your organisation and assigns its first Owner. The Owner then completes the organisation profile, brands the career site and invites colleagues.

How long does it take before we can publish a job?

Your workspace is ready as soon as we have confirmed your plan. From there, it depends on you: brand your career site, create your first job with its stages, and publish it. We agree on a rollout plan with you during your demo.

What should we set up first?

Start with your organisation profile and career site branding, then invite your team. Next, create your first job: its description, application form, stages, scorecards and Match Score criteria. Finally, assign reviewers to each stage and publish.

Can we bring in candidates we already have?

Yes. You can add a candidate to any job with Add candidate, and they join your Talent Pool like any other applicant. If you have a large list, mention it during your demo so we can plan it with you.

Do you train our team?

Yes. We walk your team through Fibisoft when we set up your workspace, and the Help Center covers each step in detail. How much hands-on onboarding is included depends on your plan.

Can one person belong to more than one organisation?

Yes. If you are invited to several organisations, you choose which one to work in after signing in.

Support

How do I contact support?

Email [email protected] or use the contact form and choose “Help with my account”. A person on our team reads every message.

How quickly do you reply?

On Starter, we reply by email within one business day. Growth includes priority support, and Scale adds priority support with a service level agreed in your contract.

Can I get support in French?

Yes. Write to us in English or French and we will reply in the same language.

What should I include when I report a problem?

Tell us which page you were on, which job or candidate was involved, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot. Never send us your password.

Where can I find step-by-step guides?

The Help Center has step-by-step articles for each part of Fibisoft, from setting up your workspace to exporting your data.
