Steps
- Open Score cards. Open the job (called a campaign in Fibisoft), select Edit campaign and go to Score cards. Your stages are listed; add stages in Workflow first if you have none.
- Add a scorecard to a stage. Under the stage, select Add score card.
- Describe what to assess. Enter a Title, such as “Written communication”, and a Description that tells reviewers what good looks like.
- Choose the rating scale. Under Rating Scale, choose 3, 5 or 10 stars, then select Create Score Card.
- Make it required if needed. Mark a scorecard as required so the candidate can’t move on until it is completed. Use Enabled to switch a scorecard off; existing assessments stay visible.
- Reviewers add their assessment. On an application, each reviewer selects Add assessment, chooses a Rating, writes a Comment and selects Save assessment.
- Compare. Under Team assessments, see every reviewer’s score and comment side by side, and the candidate’s overall score.
Tips
- Write one scorecard per skill you want to assess, not one big scorecard for everything.
- Ask reviewers to explain their rating in the comment. A rating without evidence is hard to compare.
- Scorecards are weighted, so the criteria that matter most can count more in the overall score.
- Assign reviewers to each stage in Collaboration so everyone knows which candidates they should assess.
