Steps
- Fibisoft reads each application. When a candidate applies, Fibisoft reads the text of their CV and their answers to your application form.
- Each rule is checked. For every rule you set, the result is met, partly met, not met or unknown. Skills are searched for in the CV, the location is compared with the places you accept, and answers are compared with the values you expect.
- The score is calculated. Each rule counts according to its weight, and required rules count double. The result is a score from 0 to 100.
- A fit label is added. The score becomes Strong fit, Good fit, Partial fit or Low fit. A candidate who fails a required rule gets Low fit. When Fibisoft can’t check enough of your rules, or can’t check a required one, the label is Unclear.
- Review the evidence. Open an application to see each rule’s outcome with its evidence: the quoted passage from the CV, with its page, or the candidate’s answer.
- Sort and decide. On the job’s Candidates tab, sort by Best fit to review the strongest matches first. Then a person on your team decides what happens next.

Tips
- Match Score never moves or rejects a candidate. It only sorts and explains. Ranking assists. Your team decides.
- Experience and education are not scored automatically. Fibisoft shows the relevant passages of the CV so a reviewer can judge them.
- It matches words, not meaning. A CV that describes a skill in other words may not match. Read the CV before you set a candidate aside.
- Unclear is not a bad result. It means there wasn’t enough information to rank the candidate, often because a CV couldn’t be read. Review those candidates yourself.
- If you change your rules, select Reassess to rank existing applications again.
