Steps
- Open the Workflow step. Open the job (called a campaign in Fibisoft), select Edit campaign, then go to Workflow. Every job starts with an Applications stage, where all new candidates arrive.
- Add a stage. Select Add stage. Enter a Stage Name, an optional description and a Category: Intake, Screening, Assessment, Interview, Decision, Offer or Other.
- Repeat for each step of your process. A job needs at least a Screening, an Interview and an Offer stage before it can be published.
- Review a candidate. Open the job and go to its Candidates tab. Select an application to see the CV, the attachments and the Form submission.
- Move the candidate. Under Move to stage, choose the next stage and select Move.
- Follow the history. The job’s Activity tab lists every application, stage change and evaluation, and you can filter it by event type, person and date.
Tips
- Add a short description to each stage so everyone knows what it is for and what should happen there.
- If a stage has required scorecards, Fibisoft asks reviewers to complete them before the candidate moves on.
- When you move a candidate to a rejection stage, you can choose to send them the rejection email.
- Only Owners, Admins and Recruiters can move candidates.
