Steps
- Application received (automatic). As soon as a candidate applies, Fibisoft emails them to confirm their application, with a link to follow its progress. The email uses your organisation’s branding and the language the candidate applied in. There is nothing to set up.
- Rejection (your choice). When you move a candidate to a rejection stage from Move to stage, the Notify candidate by email option appears. Switch it on to send the rejection email, then select Move.
- New-application emails for your team. When a candidate applies to a job (called a campaign in Fibisoft), Fibisoft emails the members who can move candidates: Owners, Admins and Recruiters.
- Turning notifications off. Each member can turn off new-application emails for themselves.

Tips
- A rejection email is never sent unless you switch on Notify candidate by email. Without it, the candidate is not told, so use it whenever you can.
- A clear logo and organisation name make your candidate emails look professional. Set them in Settings, on the Organization tab.
- Fibisoft sends these two emails to candidates. Any other message to a candidate goes through your usual email.
