Steps
- Create the job. Go to Campaigns and select Create Campaign. In Fibisoft, a job is called a campaign. The editor opens on Basic details.
- Fill in Basic details. Add the Job title, Department, Seniority and Number of openings. Under Work arrangement, choose the Employment type and Workplace type and add the location. You can also add a salary range and choose whether to show it on the published job.
- Write the Job description. Complete About the company, the Role overview, the Key responsibilities and the Required qualifications. Preferred qualifications and Benefits and perks are optional.
- Set up the Application form. The default fields are always included: full name, email address, phone number and CV, with an optional cover letter.
- Add your own questions. Under Additional fields, select Add field, give it a label and choose its type: text, email, link, file or true/false.
- Continue through the editor. Use Continue to move on to Workflow, Ranking criteria, Score cards, Collaboration and Publishing. Fibisoft saves as you go.

Tips
- Keep the form short. Every extra question is one more reason for a good candidate to give up.
- Ask questions that help you decide, such as notice period or willingness to relocate. You can use the answers as Match Score criteria.
- The Required qualifications you list should match the skills you use for Match Score, so candidates and reviewers see the same expectations.
- Select Preview job post at any time to see the job as candidates will.
